Always studying and a new job at sight!

Publié le par Charly

Even if I am on vacations until Mid-September, i keep on studying on my own. What am I studying? English (I have a good level but I need always more...never stop) Chinese (I am a beginner but i will make it!) and how to iron clothes!! I don't think I  will become a macho later  whether I do the housework...I like using the vacuum-cleaner as well.

Well girls, If you want a Houseman, I am yours. Ah I want a salary of 1000 euros per day...Thank you! If you want extra-work at night, you should fork out many bucks. Thank you again for your cooperation.

Have a nice day!

You didn't know how to iron cloths? Didn't know that! I'm sure your mum would be the best teacher to teach you all you need to know about doing housework. It's time that you guys learn abit of housework! At least you heed my call! Ironing of cloths is really important. You wouldn't want to meet your boss on the first day, with some ragged cloths, would you? LOL As for me, I've learnt the art of ironing cloths since the age of 18. Yeah I know that's pretty late. I didn't want to, but my mum forced me to. And now, I'm in charge of ironing my family's cloths... sigh~You english is already very good! However you still need to learn some common english expression. Like, "in the first place". I realise that "in the first place" doesn't exist in French. As for chinese, it will be nice to learn a few phrases, mostly to amuse us! LOL With english equiped, you don't really need chinese. If you want to know, I would actually advice you to pick up some singlish, and some simple dialects! For example, in hawker centers, most of the people use a little bit of dialects here and there, when ordering food. However, it is not as bad as Hong Kong, it's fine if you speak in proper sentences of chinese or english. Most french love to use vacuum cleaner, I realise. However you must realise that in Singapore, we don't have carpet floors, hence a vacuum cleaner may not be very feasible. Instead, you should try to use a simple broom and dustpan, and a mop with soapy water. That is a little tougher, but it's the best way to clean floors in Singapore! In Singapore, you don't really need a dryer, and washing your cloths at the laudry shops are quite expensive. Hence you will also need to learn to wash your own cloths, with hands I guess, since I don't think your house/hostel in Singapore will be equipped with one. I may not be an expert in house keeping, but if you have any queries, I will always be free to answer you! BTW, I hope you've read the email I've sent you yesterday.
