Enjoy Singapore or not?
So what can I say about Singapore now? Let's sum up :
The food is always varied and very tasty! Love it! Even if it is sometimes spicy, I can eat it! Nothing is spicier than the Korean kimchi! I still have not tasted durian and another pleasant and smelly fruit! I don't remember its name but I have to try!
If u are a girl, u prolly like shopping! That is the paradise of shopping! U have a multitude of outlets! There are chic, normal, vulgar...Anything! But it can be kinda boring in the end!!!! That's why Singapore is the kingdom of shopping and...Dunno leh! Gotta check it out!
If u are a white man like me or a Caucasian, u will be an " Ang Moh"! That means "Red Hair" in Hokkien and Teochew dialect. Even if u are not red-haired, they dun give a shit! u are an Ang Moh, a Mat Salleh ( the malay version of ang moh) or an orang putih ( it sounds malay as well but not sure lah!). Some people (more Chinese Sing) will say "Ang Moh" when u pass close to them. Ignore them simply! Anyway, when u are a foreigner, u are not supposed to know Chinese at all! That's why when u say " Xie Xie!", they always respond " Ah! U speak Chinese"...No lah! Just learning...I am a bloody beginner kana sai!
If u live in Singapore, U should try foodcourt, hawker centre because this is the Singaporian way to eat! oh Ok the first time u enter u will think" wow, so crowded and lound! wow where are my white fellows?"I know it can be intimidating at the first time but later u will get used to! So dun be shy! Dun be an ayam! ( that means chicken in Malay!). Oh try to speak a few Chinese words there u are sure to collect smiles at least! No, u won't pick up girls like that, cheeko-cheeko ( cheeko or cheek ko peh means "old dirty man" in Hokkien!).
If u are a tourist, well u will go to Orchard Road! That's normal! the shopping place...Prepare to be attacked by Indian...Oh yes there is Boat Quay....U will be a piglet, a prey there!!! ahaha! yeah yeah go there! U will understand u long-nose Ang Moh! Kan ni na!!! ( I think that means 'Fuck u" in Hokkien!). Plus, Sim Lei Square is the Paradise of Electronic but prices are not indicated! So prepare to bargain! If u are Ang Moh, u will pay more...Yes white= rich...
If u wanna fuck somebody, Geyland is the Red Light District...I only went there 1 time last summer and i was scared as I already said before ( I didn't know that it was the Red Light District last summer!) So I will never go back there now!!!! if u head there, u cheek ko peh!
Outside the town, Singapore looks like a big suburb : so one mrt station, many HDB ( the cheap buildings for locals and some condos ( buildings for foreigners! Fucking Aliens! Chee bye! ( No I won't tell u what it means!)...Oh yes there is often a shopping mall close to each mrt station so dun worry!
Many gardens greenen Singapore...So if u enjoy walking around like me, u can appreciate! I really like Fort Canning Park as it's always ulu! (ulu= empty in Malay!).
In Asia, there is always a word for foreigners as if they are not supposed to come to Asian countries!!! Wo bu zhidao but this is my impression. For example, you have :
Ang Moh in Singapore
Farang in Thailand
Gaijin in Japan...
I hope these kind of words will disappear! At least in France, everybody is welcome! Yep, u should begin learning French because we are not so good at English...Ah shit! Merde!
